Open Shutters offers portraiture with a difference.

The photographs are taken on location, or in the studio, at your convenience and an informal approach is taken. It is often best for the subjects to be somewhere where they feel relaxed and can enjoy the experience so that the best photographs can be taken.

Open Shutters offers informal social portraiture - it is a lot more fun and authentic to get everyone together and take group and individual photographs over the course of an hour or so.   If a familiar location is chosen then you will feel relaxed; this could be at home, garden, on the moor, or at the beach. An enjoyable experience will convert into lovely natural photographs. This style of portraiture is suitable for all families, couples or individuals. Location photographic session £50 plus travel expense.

Studio sessions at Chudleigh take about an hour and are relaxed and fun. People and /or pets are photographed in the purpose built infiity cove. Framed prints can then be ordered from the large selection of images. Preferences can then be discussed and frames and images chosen so that you have a beautiful memorable portrait to enjoy for a lifetime.

Further Frames/acrylic panels/canvases can be bought - prices from £95 for a large framed print ( eg. 16 inx 16in)
