Is
it possible to see the framed images in person before I purchase?
Contact Open Shutters to arrange a viewing of a selection of the
photographs. There are also exhibitions planned throughout the
year where work can be viewed. Please check the news page for
information, or again contact Open Shutters for the latest schedule.
I haven’t quite found the art photograph I want…
Please don’t hesitate to get in touch, most requirements
can be met, either as a one-off personal commission or it may
be possible to create a new limited edition print from your idea.
Is my payment secure?
Payment is made through Paypal – a reputable established
payment system for the internet. This ensures the security of
your card payments made online.
Is it possible to order without using a payment or credit
card?
Yes. Cheques are accepted (made payable to Open Shutters). Please
post order with cheque or phone first.
How long does the delivery take?
We try and deliver your photographic print within two weeks of
your purchase. If it is likely to take any longer Open Shutters
will contact you to advise. At peak times,eg. around Christmas
it may take longer but if this is the case this information will
be posted up on the website..Unfortunately specific delivery times
can’t be guaranteed so if you are likely to be at work then
remember to use that as the delivery address. Open Shutters uses
the Royal Mail - either Parcel Force or Special Delivery to deliver
the prints. If special postage arrangements are required, please
contact Open Shutters to arrange - a small extra charge may be
incurred.
How is the picture packaged?
The picture is packaged securely and protectively according to
its size and weight in order that it will reach you in optimum
condition.
What happens if the product arrives damaged?
All is done to ensure this does not happen. If this is the case,
in the first instance please contact Open Shutters as soon as
the package is received. A refund will be made, and any extra
postage costs covered.
Is my personal information held?
Open Shutters keep customer records and may contact you in the
future to check that you are happy with your purchase and let
you know of any future exhibitions or promotions. This will usually
be done by email. Your information will not be seen or used by
any third party.
